Welcome

 Together we're better

From 1 April, Lambeth and Southwark NHS community services are integrating with Guy's and St Thomas'. This means that community services staff, and staff at local hospitals, will work together to deliver a higher standard of care to our patients.

If you are an existing patient receiving support from community services, you will not notice any immediate changes. You will continue to receive the same care and see the same staff.

In the future, you will need to look at the Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust website (www.guysandstthomas.nhs.uk) for information about services and patient liaison.
